Job Title: Endoscopy Technician Profession: Endoscopy Technician Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Not specified Certifications: Required Certifications Must-Have: Must have experience in the following procedures: Colonoscopy EGD ERCP EUS Bronchoscopy Endoscope reprocessing Description: Travel position for an Endoscopy Technician. Working hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM. The unit has 5 procedure rooms and a staff of 15. Day shift consists of 5 RNs and 5 endoscopy technicians. There is a call requirement of approximately 4-7 days per month. Ideal candidates will have experience with the types of procedures performed in the unit, including ERCP, EUS, Bronchoscopy, and EGD/Colonoscopy. This role requires a strong focus on patient care and technical proficiency. Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The position requires flexibility and readiness to respond to on-call needs.
