Lead Wedding/event designer + front of house manager
Looking for a lead wedding and event designer to bring new life and inspiration to our program.
Applicants should have ample experience booking and executing weddings start to finish and be able to efficiently manage and lead a team.
Must have a clear understanding of floral mechanics and be excited to implement their own designs and recipes
Must be confident in sales and willing to build relationships with venues and event professionals
Streamline bridal consultation process and implement systems to improve overall execution with existing team.
familiarity with local vendors, venues, and experience with daily floristry beneficial.
FRONT OF HOUSE/SALES
work directly with Marilla & Beth to execute the vision and design of the retail floor experience.
Including:
elevated window designs showcasing our brand values and skill
Merchandising goods to create a space that communicates our values and creates a positive memorable experience
Customizing in store experience to reflect and showcase the brand being built.
Training staff in effective sales techniques
Creating social media content and identifying marketing to increase in-store foot traffic and online sales
