We are seeking a seasoned Pega professional with approximately 10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across complex enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the design, development, and deployment of Pega applications.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle including requirement analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Mentor junior developers and guide the team on Pega best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance.
- 10+ years of exclusive experience in Pega PRPC development.
- Strong expertise in Pega 8.x and earlier versions.
- Proven track record of leading Pega implementations across multiple projects.
- Deep understanding of Pega frameworks, case management, decisioning, and integrations.
- Pega CSSA or LSA certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
