Job Details
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to support a variety of infrastructure and land development projects. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle, from design through construction, with a focus on drainage, stormwater management, and site development.
- Perform design and drafting using Civil 3D for grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout
- Support stormwater management and drainage design, including hydrology and hydraulic calculations
- Assist with preparation of construction documents, reports, and technical specifications
- Contribute to land development and infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, and site improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and public agencies throughout design and permitting
- Support construction phase services including submittal review and field coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience or exposure to drainage and stormwater design preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
