Line Quality Assurance (QA) Technician – Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Adecco is assisting a local manufacturing company in recruiting for a Line Quality Assurance (QA) Technician in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a full-time opportunity for someone experienced in quality control within a fast-paced production environment. The Line Quality Assurance (QA) Technician is responsible for monitoring product quality on the production line. This role ensures all products meet company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines by performing inspections, documenting findings, and collaborating with production teams to resolve issues in real time.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed

Pay: $18.00 /hour Key Responsibilities In-Process Quality Monitoring

• Perform routine inspections during production to ensure quality standards are met

• Monitor packaging, labeling, and coding for accuracy

• Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and product weights

Documentation & Reporting

• Accurately complete quality check records and documentation

• Record and report non-conformances or deviations

• Communicate quality concerns promptly to supervisors

Compliance & Standards

• Follow GMP, safety, and OSHA/Cal-OSHA regulations

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and customer specifications

• Assist with audit preparation and regulatory inspections

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Production to implement corrective actions

• Support quality improvement initiatives

• Assist in training employees on quality procedures and standards

Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ year of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to read and understand SOPs, batch records, and specifications

• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation

Preferred:

• Experience working in GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated environments

• Familiarity with inspection tools (scales, calipers, gauges)

• Experience with ERP or quality management systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

• Work in a manufacturing environment (PPE provided)
