What You’ll Be Doing As a bartender at Lockwood Distilling Company, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and delicious drinks. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and precision. Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks with a smile. Assessing customer preferences and making thoughtful recommendations. Mixing ingredients to craft creative and classic cocktails. Planning and presenting an appealing bar menu. Checking customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies. Staying guest-focused and fostering an exceptional guest experience. Adhering to all food and beverage regulations to maintain a safe environment. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills to the table: 1 year of proven experience as a bartender. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. A positive attitude and top-notch communication skills. The ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
