Performance Reporting Senior Associate

Overview WHO are we looking for?CAPTRUST is seeking a Performance Reporting Senior Associate who will be responsible for working in the PARis reporting platform to set up and monitor accounts and integrating acquired firms’ performance reporting within the CAPTRUST reporting environment, focusing on Private Asset funds. The Specialist will partner with client service professionals, financial advisors, operations team members in addition to external vendors and custodians to research, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that may arise. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others: Responsibilities Set up, monitor, and maintain accounts within PARis, interfacing with various custodians, managers, and administrators with a focus on clients invested in Private AssetsUse analytical skills to verify data, identify issues, and work to develop creative and scalable solutions to provide accurate and consistent data to our colleagues and clientsRespond to incoming inquiries from colleagues related to troubleshooting and review of complex account and data discrepanciesAssist with or lead projects centered on optimizing Private Asset reportingTransition acquired firms onto the CAPTRUST reporting environment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, math; or equivalent work experiencePerformance Reporting / Portfolio Accounting experience3+ years of relevant industry experienceDesired Qualifications/Skills:Previous experience in the investment industryPrevious experience with Private Asset accountingPrevious experience with the PARis reporting platformDetail oriented, analytical, and highly organizedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel and Power BIUnderstanding of finance/investments and accounting conceptsAble to work independently, proactive and meets deadlinesExceptional oral and written communication skillsA high standard of professionalism (dress, manners, conduct)WHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
