Requirements 5+ years of HVAC and commercial maintenance experience required EPA Universal Certification required Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and mechanical systems Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance practices Valid driver's license with good driving record required Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments Job Duties Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC systems, including package and split units Diagnose and repair compressors, motors, boilers, electrical components, airflow issues, and refrigerant systems Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility maintenance tasks Read work orders, document service activity, and complete reports using tablets and mobile technology Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams while maintaining high service levels Travel locally between commercial properties throughout the workday Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
