Title
Registered Nurse - Outpatient

Schedule
Shift: 10-hour days, 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM or 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Days: Tuesday - Friday

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements
- 2 years of nursing experience required
- 1 year of consistent methadone dosing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer medications safely and monitor for effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare staff in providing patient care.
- Maintain documentation and care records in the electronic medical record system.
- Educate patients about methadone dosing and monitor adherence to treatment plans.

Compliance / Notes
- BILH coversheet required at the time of submission.
- Must be separated from previous employer for 6+ months to be considered.
