Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to patients with medical, surgical, and orthopedic conditions.
• Maintain compliance with artificial fingernail policy ensuring infection control.
• Participate in unit-based orientation and open-book exam achieving 90% to pass.
• Provide care alongside a charge nurse and nurse aides with a ratio of 1:5-6.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate patient documentation.
• Follow the navy blue scrub dress code policy while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with the ability to pass a Pass/Fail exam during orientation.
• BLS certification required.
• Willingness to float to PCU or Burn units as needed.
• Compliance with all radius rule conditions regarding CommonSpirit facilities.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend and holiday requirements as needed.
• Driver's license required for submission verification.
