Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Helper to join our manufacturing team. This role supports production and shipping operations by moving materials, packaging finished products, and preparing orders for shipment.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, packing, shipping, or material handling who are looking for a stable, long-term position with growth potential.
Responsibilities

• Assist production operators by moving finished products from production areas to shipping and staging locations.
• Wrap, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Move materials, reels, and scrap containers safely throughout the facility.
• Complete production, shipping, and labeling documentation accurately.
• Support packing, boxing, and general production activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications
Required

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50-100 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred

• Experience with packing, shipping, labeling, or order preparation.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience operating in a production environment with manufacturing equipment.

Work Environment

This position works on a large manufacturing floor in a fast-paced environment. While the assigned work area is air-conditioned, the facility can be noisy. Employees must wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
