Neurosurgery- Practice Building Opportunity with High Autonomy

Harbin Clinic-Part of Atrium and Advocate Health located in Rome, GA

is seeking a highly motivated, Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join our team and lead the growth of a new neurosurgical service line. This position is designed for a surgeon who is passionate about building a patient panel, enjoying an established referral network, and providing top-tier care in a Level 2 trauma center.

You will be a part of a premier multi-specialty group with over 200 providers across 37 specialties.

Ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience. Highlights Build Your Own Practice:

Backed by a strong, existing, and growing network of PCPs and regional hospital partners. Harbin Clinic boasts a broad internal referral base of clinicians serving in primary care, medicine and surgical specialties with over 1.4 million patient encounters annually

Responsibilities Develop and manage a thriving inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical practice.

Perform comprehensive neurosurgical procedures.

Participate in community outreach to foster relationships with referring physicians.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (neurologists, radiologists, rehab specialists).

Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of a neurosurgery residency program accredited by ACGME.

Board certified or eligible in neurosurgery.

Active and unrestricted medical license.
