Boutique Hotel Night Auditor

Hotel Royal Oak is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique hotel during overnight hours. Your primary responsibility will be to perform auditing and accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the hotel while providing excellent customer service to our guests. Hotel Royal Oak is a vibrant and modern boutique hotel located in downtown Royal Oak. Our hotel offers a unique and memorable experience for our guests, with stylish rooms, upscale amenities, and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that each guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Responsibilities Complete end-of-day accounting processes and financial reporting Balance and reconcile hotel revenues and charges Verify the accuracy of guest folios, charges, and payments Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and relevant departments Process and manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel during overnight hours Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned Requirements Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong accounting and numerical skills Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software Excellent attention to detail Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures Understanding of financial and accounting principles High level of integrity and professionalism Benefits Our guests are very interesting and friendly, they are from all over the world.
