This role will be primarily focused on MVA/PI intake, with the opportunity to support additional practice areas, including mass torts, as needed.The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling intake within a motor vehicle accident or personal injury environment and be comfortable working directly with prospective clients.ResponsibilitiesManage intake for prospective MVA and PI clientsCommunicate with prospective clients to gather relevant case and incident informationEvaluate and qualify potential leads based on established criteriaMaintain accurate and detailed client information and intake recordsCoordinate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure qualified leads are properly transitionedFollow up with prospective clients throughout the intake processProvide intake support for other practice areas, including mass torts, as neededDeliver a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experienceQualificationsPrior experience in xhyhwjd MVA, personal injury, or legal intake requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively gather and assess information from prospective clientsHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong judgment and ability to identify qualified leadsProfessional, personable, and client-focused approachAbility to work in person at the firm's Clearwater office
