Business Analyst - Project Controls

This role lets you support key business initiatives by managing project controls, analyzing trends, and ensuring budget and contract compliance. The role requires collaboration with project managers and across multiple business units to streamline operations and enhance decision‑making. Responsibilities Establish and maintain communication channels across business units and project teams. Organize, store, and retrieve project communications and business metrics. Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements. Set up and maintain project and work breakdown structures. Document business processes and operational workflows. Track project budgets, expenditures, and monitor transaction controls. Predict potential budget overruns and provide actionable solutions. Support project managers and directors in strategic reporting and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. 2‑4 years of experience in project analysis, financial tracking, or project controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard business applications; Enterprise software experience is a plus. Strong understanding of business and management principles, including resource allocation and strategic planning. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to project analysis. Experience analyzing business trends and forecasting revenues and expenses. Familiarity with documentation and process management standards in large organizations.
