Food and Beverage Manager

We’re looking for a Manager to help lead the team at our brand-new family entertainment facility opening soon at Colorado Mills, Lakewood. Are you into video games, bowling, karaoke? The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for managing all F&B operations to deliver an excellent customer experience. They will forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. Qualification: High School Diploma or GED required. Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required. All staff who handle and serve alcohol must be at least 21 years old. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service. Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Team Management Select, coach and develop effective staff for the Food & Beverage Department. Hold weekly staff meetings with department supervisors to discuss and resolve any operational, staffing, or customer service issues. Issue disciplinary actions for department staff. Food & Alcohol Safety Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure food is prepared and presented acceptably. Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking contents to verify product quality and quantity. Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies. Operations Management Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Monitor department budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure expenditures are authorized and budgeted. Conduct and monitor department inventory, submitting reports weekly and monthly. Enforce compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety and health. Qualifications 3-5 years of food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant, fast‑food or hospitality industries. High School Diploma or GED. Open availability, especially nights and weekends. Minimum age of 21 for alcohol service. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected. Physical Demands Requires bending, stretching, twisting, climbing and high mobility/flexibility in small spaces. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods during busy times.
