This is a remote position and will start in August and go through December.

Marketo Operations Specialist
An experienced, hands-on Marketo operator fluent in both the back end and front end of the
platform, able to own all admin and build tasks in a high-volume, enterprise instance. 5+ years
hands-on Marketo experience.
Expected knowledge and skills:
* Full Marketo administration: workspaces and partitions, roles and permissions, admin
settings, instance configuration and health.
* Smart campaigns, both batch and trigger, including flow steps, wait steps, and
campaign-processing and priority behavior.
* Smart lists and segmentation, including dynamic content and segment-driven
personalization.
* Email and template development, HTML plus Velocity scripting, modular templates,
dynamic and localized content.
* Landing pages, forms, and programs, with tokens and program templates.
* Data management: imports, deduplication, list hygiene, field management, and CRM
sync.
* Integrations: REST and Bulk APIs, webhooks, and LaunchPoint services.
* Deliverability fundamentals: sending, bounces, and Sent-versus-Delivered behavior.
* Reporting and analytics, and disciplined QA and pre-send validation.
* Comfort operating in a complex, high-volume, multi-program instance.
