Schedule

• Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• 16-hour shifts
• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 32 hours in just 2 days
• Weekdays off

Position Summary

As the RN Weekend Supervisor, you will lead the nursing team during your shift, ensuring high-quality care for residents while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. You will serve as the key clinical leader during weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
• Monitor resident care and conduct rounds to ensure quality and compliance
• Address clinical and operational issues in real time
• Assist with admissions, care coordination, and staffing needs
• Partner with the Director of Nursing to support overall clinical operations
• Ensure proper documentation, communication, and adherence to standards

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital setting
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with electronic documentation systems
