Job Description
This role involves working on a production line assembling window components. You will measure, cut, and assemble parts to meet quality and productivity standards while following established procedures in a comfortable production environment.
Responsibilities

• Work on a production line assembling parts for windows according to specifications and work instructions.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to ensure proper dimensions and fit.
• Cut and prepare components as needed for window assembly using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Operate basic production and assembly machinery safely and efficiently after training.
• Perform general labor tasks such as moving materials, organizing parts, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the production environment.
• Meet daily production goals by working efficiently and maintaining consistent output.
• Inspect assembled parts for quality and correct any issues as directed.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on assembly experience, preferably on a production line.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Comfort performing general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
• Basic understanding of machine operation in a production setting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurement and assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related hands-on work is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn new production and machine operation processes.
• Reliability and strong attendance record.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $13.50 - $13.50/hr.
