We are hiring a Training & Marketing Support Associate (Travel Retail) to join a fashion accessories company in Miami, FL Pay Rate: $28/HR Location: Miami, FL – Hybrid Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities Deliver engaging in‑store training sessions on brand values, products, and key selling points Adapt training content to different store teams depending on the needs Maintain strong relationships with store teams and store management Support in‑store visual refreshes according to brand and campaign guidelines Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth and timely execution Ensure all stores have the most updated brand visuals and keep the database updated Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a similar position English and Spanish are essential (Portuguese is a plus) Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities Capacity to quickly learn and confidently present brand and product information Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or visual merchandising principles Good time management skills If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
