What You'll Be Brewing Up (Key Responsibilities)As a Barista at Scooters #1657, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your daily grind will include: - Crafting a variety of high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care. - Providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas. - Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. - Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
What You’ll Need to Succeed (Required Skills and Qualifications)- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a customer-facing position.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about our menu and brewing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
