Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold (or be eligible for) state licensure and relevant certifications for school-based SLP practice
• Recent experience working as an SLP in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for middle and high school students in individual and group settings

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress evaluations for students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Develop meaningful, individualized treatment plans that foster student success in and out of the classroom
• Collaborate effectively with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and professional guidelines
