We're Hiring: Automotive Sales Associate
Join our dynamic team at Lee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as an Automotive Sales Associate and take your career to the next gear!
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the vehicle that suits their needs and budget
- Stay up-to-date with vehicle features, trims, and financing options
- Guide customers through the sales process from test drive to closing
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and referrals
- Achieve sales goals while delivering top-notch customer service
What Were Looking For:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
