Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Dakota
• Current driver‘s license required and car available to travel to patient‘s home

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week
• 40 hours per week
