And our Pricing & Revenue Management team is providing fuel for that journey by ensuring that we maximize our ticket revenue on every single flight across our network – both domestically and internationally – while giving our customers various product offerings for their travel. By analyzing market trends and forecasting consumer demand, this team works hard to ensure we are selling the right number of tickets at the right price to optimize our revenue and run a profitable airline.Job Overview and ResponsibilitiesThe Pricing and Revenue Management Program offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement plans that generate incremental revenue for a unique set of nonstop flights. Associate Analysts are placed into either Pricing or Revenue Management:Pricing – Defines price points based off customer's willingness to pay and the competitionRevenue Management – Forecasts customer demand and sets overbooking levelsAnalyze trends in bookings, revenue and market dynamicsAssess demand patterns and competitive landscapeSegment customers based on market conditionsDevelop fare structure / demand forecast to optimize revenuePlan seasonal strategy for holidays and peak travel periodsCommunicate department strategy, working with other stakeholdersQualificationsWhat's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's Degree (or on the process of completing)Track record of outstanding analytical and problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with othersAbility to apply quantitative skills and business acumen to airline industryCurrent undergraduate student, demonstrating strong academic performanceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionPreferred Skills:Demonstrated understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and the ability to leverage AI effectively to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Applies critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies related to responsible AI use, data privacy, and security.The base pay range for this role is $53,960.00 to $70,334.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
