Electrical Technician Details:

Direct hire position
$70,000.00 to $75,000.00 / annually
First shift

Perform hands-on electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on manufacturing equipment up to 480V
Install, modify, and maintain control systems including panels, motors, VFDs, sensors, and safety circuits
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to diagnose issues
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce downtime
Support production operations by resolving electrical and control-related issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE)
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, QA, and engineering teams while documenting work, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting with upgrades and commissioning

Electrical Technician Qualifications:

Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, VFDs, control panels, and safety circuits
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventing recurring issues
Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, including I/O verification, basic ladder logic, and minor programming adjustments (preferred)
Experience supporting equipment improvements, automation projects, commissioning, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers or OEMs (preferred)
Effective communication skills with the ability to document issues, train/mentor technicians, and share technical knowledge across teams
