Part-Time Weekend ReceptionistWe’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team.What you’ll do:Welcome and assist residents and guests with a warm, professional attitudeAnswer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage basic administrative tasksHelp keep the reception area organized and running smoothlyReceive, sort and organize mail and deliveriesSchedule beauty and barber appointmentsSupport and serve as back up to other Business Office team membersPerform other clerical duties: filing, scanning, copying, faxing, etc.,What we’re looking for:Excellent communication and customer service skillsDependable and punctualComfortable working independentlyPrevious receptionist or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not requiredSchedule: Weekends, part-timeIf you’re personable, organized, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you.
