Workforce Transformation Lead / Business Analyst
Insight Global is seeking a Workforce Transformation Lead / Business Analyst to support the execution of workforce transformation engagements through research, analysis, assessment administration, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable development.
This role plays a critical part in gathering and synthesizing workforce data, identifying organizational insights, benchmarking current-state performance, and translating findings into executive-ready recommendations. The successful candidate combines analytical rigor, business acumen, and consulting discipline to support transformation outcomes across workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, and workforce technology initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-7 years in workforce transformation, workforce planning, HR transformation, consulting, or business analysis
Knowledge of core transformation concepts: operating model design, workforce planning, capability modeling, and talent strategy
Experience with diagnostics, maturity assessments, and capability-gap or benchmarking analyses
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including workforce data modeling and ROI/value-case development
Ability to translate workforce, HR, and talent data into strategic insight
Familiarity with transformation frameworks and external benchmarks; advanced PowerPoint and Excel; builds executive-ready, outcome-driven deliverables
Strong communicator who simplifies complex concepts for senior audiences
Bachelor's in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Consulting or transformation engagement experience preferred
Experience with OrgVue preferred
