We’re partnering with a large, complex, multi-entity organization to add a Finance Project Manager who will play a key role in supporting finance projects, system initiatives, and process improvements across the business. This is not a traditional people management role—it’s about leveraging your accounting background to help drive projects, coordinate stakeholders, and improve how work gets done . What You’d Be Doing Leading and coordinating accounting/finance-related projects Partnering across accounting, finance, and operations Supporting system implementations and process improvements Helping drive timelines and keep cross-functional teams aligned Supporting standardization across a complex, multi-entity environment Communicating project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders What They’re Looking For Strong accounting foundation (month-end close, financial reporting, GL) 5–8+ years of accounting or finance experience Exposure to projects, implementations, or process improvements Ability to influence and drive progress without direct authority Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working across a matrixed organization What Will Set You Apart Experience with system implementations (ERP or similar) Background in shared services or multi-entity environments Exposure to high-volume or commission-based environments Interest in process improvement and transformation work Why It’s Interesting Opportunity to step beyond traditional accounting work Exposure to finance transformation and systems initiatives High visibility across a large organization Strong blend of accounting + project experience Hybrid flexibility (2 days onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
