Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Department at our Paradise Valley Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona.

Opportunity Highlights

• Outpatient only
• Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends
• Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
• Call is 1:8 or 9
• 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours
• Avg 18-24 patients per day
• Excellent Behavioral Health resources
• Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix – open rank based on prior experience and academic output
• Teaching medical students, physician assistant students, and other learners
• Opportunities to get involved in sponsor and investigator-initiated research projects

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• BC/BE in Family Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
• A passion for providing clinically excellent care
• Must have or be eligible for Arizona state medical licensure
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals

Pay Range: $235,000 - $275,000 /year
