We are an innovative, scientifically oriented, mid-sized CRO focused on full-service project work. Through our expedited PACE® Training Program, you will receive customized training and efficient onboarding to familiarize yourself with Medpace systems. We also offer a certificate program (advanced training curricula) in hematology/oncology monitoring, which includes a general cancer overview, common indications, treatment options, diagnostic and reference criteria. If you're interested in expanding your therapeutic area expertise, Medpace also offers certificate programs in medical device, rare disease, infectious disease, advanced therapeutic medicinal products (ATMP), and COVID-19.We are seeking applicants with experience in the following indications:Solid TumorBreast, Ovarian, Prostate, Colorectal, Bladder, Lung, Kidney, Pancreatic CancerSmall Cell Lung CancerGraft vs Host DiseaseGlioblastomaMelanomaLeukemiaLymphomaMesotheliomaWe Offer the Following:Competitive travel bonusEquity/Stock option programTraining completion and retention bonusAnnual merit increases401K matchingOpportunity to work from homeFlexible work hours across days within a weekRetain airline reward miles and hotel reward pointsHome office furniture allowance, laptop, mobile phone with hotspot for internet access anywhereIn-house travel agents, reimbursement for airline club membership, and TSA pre-checkOpportunity for leadership positions – Lead CRA, CRA Manager, Training and Development Manager, and many moreUser friendly CTMS with electronic submission and approval of monitoring visit reports;Customized, expedited PACE® training program based on your experience, therapeutic background, and interestOngoing therapeutic training by our in-house physicians who are medical and regulatory expertsIn-house administrative support for all levels of CRAOpportunity to work with international team of CRAsResponsibilitiesConduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with the approved protocolCommunication with the medical site staff including coordinators, clinical research physicians, and their site staffVerify adequate investigator qualifications, training and resources, including facilities, laboratories, equipment, and staffMedical record and research source documentation verification against case report form data, including informing the site staff of any entry errors, ensuring good documentation practices are being adhered to and communicating protocol deviations appropriately per SOPs, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirementsOn-site and virtual/remote monitoring activities with a risk-based monitoring approach (including centralized data review) through our integrated Clinical Trial Management System to identify site deviations/deficiencies and corrective/preventive actions to bring a site back into compliance and mitigate risks moving forwardVerification the investigator is enrolling only eligible subjectsRegulatory document reviewMedical device and/or investigational product/drug accountability and inventoryVerification and review of adverse events, serious adverse events, concomitant medications and corresponding illnesses to confirm accurate data reporting in accordance with the protocolAssess the clinical research site's patient recruitment and retention success and offering suggestions for improvementCompletion of monitoring reports and follow-up letters, which includes providing summaries of the significant findings, deviations, deficiencies, and recommended actions to secure complianceQualificationsClinical Research Associate Experience (minimum 1 year), hematology/oncology experience preferredAbility to travel 60-70% to locations nationwide is requiredMinimum of a bachelor's degree in a health or science related fieldProficient knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented and efficient in time managementMedpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing phase l-lV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
