Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING — Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Southern Maryland (St. Mary's County & surrounding areas) Full-Time | Monday-Friday $30-38/hr + mileage reimbursement We're a growing mobile physical therapy practice serving patients in their homes and in assisted living facilities across Southern Maryland. No clinic walls, no waiting rooms — just one-on-one care where patients need it most. We're looking for a reliable PTA to join our team and carry a full caseload. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Provide skilled PT treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist - Treat patients in their homes and in assisted living facilities - Maintain a full daily schedule of visits - Complete documentation accurately and same-day - Travel between patient locations throughout St. Mary's County and surrounding areas - Maximize appropriate billing for all services rendered WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Active PTA license in Maryland (required) - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - Dependability is non-negotiable — patients are counting on you to show up - Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred (not required) - Strong documentation and time management skills - Comfortable working independently in the field - CPR/First Aid certification - Familiarity with EHR systems (we use WebPT) WHAT WE OFFER: - $30-38/hr based on experience - Mileage reimbursement - Flexible scheduling (8 AM - 5:30 PM) - Consistent, full caseload — no hunting for hours - Supportive supervising PT Company Description Mobile Outpatient Clinic.
