They are looking for an eager Assistant Project Manager to join their team.Job DescriptionAssist Project Manager in all phases of constructionWrite RFI's, submit for approval and distribute accordinglyReview and understand the subcontract documents as they apply to assigned areas of responsibilityNotify management of significant project events such as project successes, issues, injuries, client relations, potential losses/claimsWork with owner/client to provide updates, obtain approvals, and complete change orders for scope of work revisionsAssists with documenting changes; Maintain project records, red line transfers, and correspondence.Assist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantificationCollect and log closeout documents and punch listsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
