We are looking for an experienced Resident Services Coordinator , to attend to our residents and team members at our apartment community in Cincinnati, OH. Qualified applicants will need a property management background to help our residents and team members be the best they can be! Under the direction of the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, the Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for working to achieve maximized resident satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service to residents and guests.  Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate services to residents and visitors
• Manage administrative requests from residents and respond to resident inquiries
• Address resident concerns and issues in accordance with property service standards
• Assist office visitors ensuring their needs are met
• Create and maintain a positive environment for residents and visitors
• Assist with deliveries and receiving/distributing resident packages
• Assist with office mail
• Record resident service requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist residents and guests with parking restrictions and policies
• Assist with administrative and office needs
• Maintain schedules and calendars
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required
• Assistant Property Management and Leasing experience required
• Property Management software experience; Yardi highly preferred
• Strong commitment to company goals and values
• High School diploma
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Must communicate ideas and information in an organized, clear, and concise manner; both verbally and in written form
• Ability to handle interpersonal situations and resolve issues in a timely manner while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
