Schedule

4x10 Day Shift: 06:45 AM - 05:15 PM or 09:00 AM - 07:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team in a Magnet facility recognized as one of the Best Hospitals in Alaska. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing exceptional patient care during surgical procedures in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications and manage post-operative care.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Alaska RN License in hand is required for auto offer.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred.
