Director of Observability & Reliability - Hands-On Leader

Kestra Holdings is seeking a Director of Observability to stand up a brand-new reliability practice from the ground up. This is a working leadership role — hands-on in the early phase: tool selection, instrumentation standards, dashboards, alerting pipelines, and running incident command for major events as the team scales. You will lead a small team and collaborate with Cloud, Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure observability is instrumented end-to-end. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kestra Holdings
