Job Description Job Description Compensation $200,000 – $500,000+ annually (Base Salary + Aggressive Performance Bonuses + Origination Opportunities) Employment Type Full-Time | In-Person | Houston, TX We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney who thrives in litigation, enjoys taking depositions, arguing motions, negotiating from a position of strength, and preparing cases for trial. What You’ll Do Independently manage a litigation docket from filing through resolution Take and defend depositions Draft and argue motions Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences Prepare cases for trial and assist with jury trials Develop case strategy and evaluate liability and damages Work directly with clients to provide exceptional representation Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel Mentor junior attorneys and staff as appropriate What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar Minimum 4 years of plaintiff personal injury experience Significant experience handling litigation matters independently Experience taking depositions and attending mediations Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Excellent case management and organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications First-chair trial experience Trucking, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or premises liability experience Proven record of obtaining significant settlements and verdicts Existing referral network and business development experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation High six-figure earning potential Performance-based bonuses with no artificial cap Origination credit opportunities Clear path for compensation growth based on results Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Time Off Paid CLE and Professional Development Bar Dues Reimbursement Trial Skills and Litigation Training #J-18808-Ljbffr
