We’re seeking a friendly, and customer-oriented individual who is eager to build and maintain customer relationships. Primary Responsibilities Assist customers with various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Perform accurate and timely processing of customer transactions. Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to and address customer questions or concerns. Understand customer requirements and introduce them to new products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals. Maintain and assure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations; adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience At least one (1) year of customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Desired Expertise Cash handling or sales experience. What’s in it for you? Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday work week. Competitive Pay ranging from $17.00 - $19.00 hourly. The salary range provided is based on the primary location and may vary depending on the job's specific location. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position. The final salary offered will take into account internal equity and may differ based on various factors, including work location, the candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
