Senior Property Manager, Residential Communities

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Denver metro area. You will manage staff, drive budgeted revenues, ensure lease processing and compliance, and coordinate with vendors to maintain property standards. You will analyze financial statements, set rent levels, review invoices, and monitor marketing efforts to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
