Store Manager

Location: 900 S China Lake Blvd, Ridgecrest, CA, 93555 Job Summary We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations of a single retail location. The role includes recruiting, training, and leading associates, ensuring financial targets are met, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Lead and manage day‑to‑day store operations and staff to achieve performance and financial goals. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor associates. Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and store presentation. Ensure compliance with food‑safety, ADA, and other regulatory requirements. Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliation. Report performance metrics and utilize data to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in retail or food‑service management preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work within a fast‑paced environment. Effective verbal communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
