MRI Technologist (Part-time)

About the Position We are looking for a Part‑time MRI Technologist to join our Atlanta clinic at 2021 Peachtree Rd Ste 100, Atlanta, GA 30309. This is an on‑site position that covers Sunday shifts from 6:15 AM to 7:15 PM. Candidates must be able to commute within 45 minutes of the clinic and must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employer sponsorship for a work visa. What You'll Do Operate the MRI scanner, ensuring patient safety and the quality of Prenuvo scans; stay current on Prenuvo scan protocols. Order supplies, clean equipment, and prepare the scan room. Troubleshoot equipment issues and report them to the relevant department when necessary. Use ancillary tools, such as PACS and other software systems. Post‑process images, including transfer to PACS and completing all post‑processing steps. Train new technologists in patient safety, room preparation, communication, image acquisition, time management and post‑processing. What You'll Bring Strong knowledge of MRI imaging and patient safety. License with the appropriate board: ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) (or equivalent). BLS – Basic Life Support certification. Completion of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program or radiologic technology program. At least two years of clinical work experience. Ability to perform all MRI examinations following clinic procedures. Proficiency in running advanced MR studies independently. Strong teamwork and the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Customer‑focused attitude and presentation skills. Willingness to learn new skills and continually improve image quality. Benefits Hourly rate ranging from $45 to $60 per hour, based on experience.
