Change Management Analyst

Supporting the development and execution of organizational change management initiatives, the full-time Change Management Analyst will manage technology capabilities and change strategies for systems like Salesforce and Workday while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support change management for various technology initiatives, including enterprise systems and cybersecurity updates Help assess change management needs and contribute to strategies and plans for projects of varying sizes Create and disseminate change communications and develop user training materials using instructional design best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Development, Change Management, Communications, or a related field 3 or more years of experience in change management, communications, or training, preferably in a large organization Familiarity with change management methodologies; coursework or certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective change communications and training resources Proficiency in tools for creating training content and self-paced videos, such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
