This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Compensation/benefits include an hourly position ($20-$26 an hour) -- pay commensurate with experience; additional raise opportunities available as employees show job proficiency, overtime opportunities, and opportunity to earn Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays after 12 months successful results.

Requirements include 2 years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons, interest in growing with the company, willingness to work overtime, and previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!

Required experience includes Construction/Carpentry: 2 years, must be 18 or older, and must have a valid drivers license.
