Job description: New York Community Care is looking for a Spanish speaking HR Coordinator to work for our Home Care Agency in Brooklyn. As an HR Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the agency and be responsible for providing guidance, support, and assistance to the HR team in every aspect of human resources. Responsibilities of HR Coordinator: Partner directly with the HR team in organizing, managing, coordinating, and directing the operations and functions. Process all new hires, terminations, and other payroll changes after obtaining a change of status notifications Organize and supervise the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality Support HR team during re-occurring initiatives including compensation and performance review cycles.
