Your Role in Our Mission:

As a Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Therapist on the team, you will provide specialized counseling, assessment, and care coordination for patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) within a clinic setting. Key duties include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting individual/group therapy, monitoring progress, and coordinating care with medical staff to support recovery.

Enjoy a consistent schedule of Monday – Friday, 6am-2pm, onsite.  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $50,000 - 56,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $57,000+ for this full-time exempt position.

What We’re Looking For:

• Have master’s degree in a related field.
• Be fully or provisionally licensed in appropriate discipline—either LCMHC, LCSW or LCAS.
• Have documented experience with the population to be served.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy. 
• Experience in Substance Abuse services preferred.
• Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work.
