Procurement Coordinator

Job TitleJob Description Required Education/Experience: High school diploma Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, materials coordination, or supply chain operations. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Technical Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems such as Oracle, Ariba, S360, SAP, or similar. 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience, including data analysis and reporting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred). Experience managing purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory transactions. Familiarity with inventory control, material planning, and procurement processes.Responsibilities: Update and maintain purchase orders and procurement records in ERP systems. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve material shortages and delivery issues. Monitor inventory levels and support inventory accuracy through tracking and reporting. Manage supplier communications via email, chat, and phone. Process material transfers and procurement transactions while maintaining data accuracy. Generate reports and analyze procurement and inventory data using Excel. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
