Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse
Location: Aventura, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, minimum of 10 shifts per month, alternating weekends.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Interventional Radiology, as well as Electrophysiology (EP). This is a high-paced unit that requires dedicated and skilled nursing professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for individuals undergoing Interventional Radiology procedures.
- Monitor patient status and vital signs during and after procedures.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Be familiar with IR equipment and documentation systems, specifically Meditech.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Prior experience in Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology is required.
- Must be able to respond to on-call requirements, with availability for 7-10 days per month.
