Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and coach team members on Chick-fil-A's policies and procedures
- Oversee initial and recurring training to ensure continuous development
- Support a positive work culture in both front and back of house
- Collaborate closely with leadership to track and assess employee progress
- Troubleshoot minor guest issues and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Assist with side duties during non-peak hours
Required Skills & Attributes
- Enthusiastic, courteous, and hospitable with a passion for operational excellence
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Patient, eager to learn, and comfortable with diversity
- Willingness to step outside of role to support team needs
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
