CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME)

Full‑time Cashier / Food Service Worker at Atrium Medical Center (One Medical Center Drive, Middletown, OH 45005). Pay: $16.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑3:00 pm. Previous customer‑service and retail experience preferred. Job Summary Operates the Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains the cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; assists with catering orders. Performs cashier duties using the POS system. Performs general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas. Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving. Cashiers according to established procedures, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts and making deposits at shift end. Inventories and restocks supplies and food products. Sets up serving line, ensures temperatures are taken, recorded, and within acceptable ranges; notifies cooks if temperatures are not within limits. Serves hot and cold items to customers. Sets up items for purchase on a daily basis. Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using first‑in, first‑out rule. Stocks pantries with correct par levels on a daily basis; records replenished amounts on floor stock form; records refrigerator temperatures daily. Performs other duties as assigned.
