Entry-level position supporting adolescents. We are seeking Full-time Residential Support Staff on 2nd shift on our team to support our adolescent residential home. Entry-level position.

Full-time on 2nd shift, 2:45pm-11:15pm

Your impact on the team’s mission

The Residential Support Staff (RSS) plays a pivotal role in our adolescent residential home where we care for adolescents 12-17 years old with mental health diagnosis in a safe, therapeutic, home-like setting. The RSS provides direct client supervision and care and assists the team with providing individualized approaches to wellness. Key skill in this position is staying awake the whole shift.

Some of the other daily activities you would do as the RSS are:

• Grocery shopping, meal preparation, and general housekeeping of the residence as well as planning and supervising activities.
• Medication administration and documentation following training period.
• Transporting residents to appointments and outings in a company vehicle.
• Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns is necessary.

This position is Full-time on 2nd shift, with rotating weekends (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities you will bring.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current, valid NC driver's license and safe driving record required to transport.
